At LILY & ROO, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 14-day return or exchange window for all non-personalized items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original LILY & ROO gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
